Activating a new modem

Hello,
I purchased a new modem and unable to active via the active website. It’s says something went unplanned and I need to contact support . Can someone work with me to get this modem added? Motorola Mt7711

Give this automated device activation line a shot: 1-855-652-3446. Even if the automation fails, you then get connected to an advanced repair representative rather than a tier 1 phone rep. Good luck !!!
