Able to use ‘xfinitywifi’ but not ‘XFINITY’ hotspot

I can connect to unsecured xfinitywifi hotspots but not the secure XFINITY hotspots. I’m on iOS. What could I be doing wrong?

Do you know the security keys for the 'secure XFINITY hotspots'?

I don't know about Apple, but for Android, there is an Xfinity Hotspots app that installs the proper security certificate to use the XFINITY hotspots. Hopefully, there is an Apple version.

FWIW, there aren't any special or different security keys. What makes those hotspots more secure than the others is that all data that traverses them is encrypted.
