ADT blue base motivation connecting

Does anyone have an ADT Blue S30 base on the xFi gateway? Did you have trouble with ADT Blue S30 base connecting?  I called AFT and they said that the internet ports were blocked.  I believe I fixed that but I am still having issues.  Any help is appreciated.
