A Complaint or two

1.  How can i talk to a live person that really knows how to fix my problem.  I do not what to online chat with India and get nowhere.

2.  Why am I paying for a 1 Gig service when I only get less than 100 MEG mostg of the time.  It takes forever to download a web page or even to naigate your site.  I upped my package to get the speed and have seen nothing better than what I had.

3.  Your agents in your store are just that sales agents.  They could not respond to my complaint about speed or contact info.

If there were another aervice in the area I would be looking at them right now.
