5G Network no longer connects to devices?!

Out of nowhere -  I want to say it was late June / early July - our 5G network no longer connects to smart TVs nor our Ring system + the password reverted back to the stock login ID. However our phones are still connected to 5G. It has made streaming impossible on certain apps like Vudu and Plex. The quality of picture is horrible as well. We have a third party modem and unfortunately I cannot access some of the areas on the website like you can with a Xfinity provided modem 😞

Do you mean areas of the website that let you configure your router? On a router that you own, you go directly to the router itself to do that.  Typically, at a numerical URL like 196.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x.  If you have a manual, that would tell you the default IP address of the router.  You can also do an ipconfig or similar and look for the default gateway.  If you've never changed the admin password, then you can probably log into it with "admin" and "password" as the user name and password.

I’d start by contacting manufacturer support for your router, or switch routers. Comcast isn’t going to troubleshoot your network equipment. Their responsibility stops at the modem
