I have read that there is potential to enable a secondary IP address via xfinity. I have tried to work with the technical support team via phone and they do not seem to know what I am referring to and just state that the IP address is dynamic.
I have checked the rate card and I do not see the 2nd IP address listed as an option but read that it still might be avalible to non business accounts. How can I check this?
They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
