2nd External IP needed - not available on rate card

2nd External IP needed - not available on rate card

I need a second IP address but it's not available on my rate card. Can you escalate tthis up to possibly get one? This is for two separate home businesses, and additional routing-vlan plans related to that.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed on their rate cards.
