2.4 and 5.0 GHZ wireless

How do I find my 2.4 GHZ signal.  My phone only shows the 5.0.  I need the 2.4 for security camera.

Is your router using the same name on both bands, or is it set to not broadcast the name on the 2.4 GHz network , if so go into your settings and change the name on one of the networks. Or if not, try forgetting the 5 GHz network in your phones WiFi settings and try setting it up again.

Are you using a Comcast supplied gateway device ? If so, the two WiFi bands have recently been combined into one.

If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the cameras with the 2.4 band's SSID (broadcast name) and password.
