10.0.0.1 stuck on captive portal with infinite loading circle.

I factory reset my modem, which feeds into my eero. Everything is back up and running, but 10.0.0.1 is stuck on captive portal with an infinite loading circle. The whole point of the factory reset was to get into 10.0.0.1 because i forgot the password, but now I'm stuck on this thing. I've already power cycled the modem for 15 seconds and it didn't do anything. Is there anything else I can try? I don't even care about setting up a wifi network, I just want to get into 10.0.0.1 so I can enable bridge mode, upnp, and forward som ports.
