1 - why can't I ever talk to a human 2 - why is my internet speed less than half of what I pay for

I recently upgraded to xfi, 1000MBPS, and have yet to break 300MBPS speed . . . . and yet, all that ever happens when I call to trouble shoot is I get the answering service that restarts my router, and says "someone will call back."

It's been three days, and I can't seem to talk to a human about this.  

Can anyone help me out?

Same here. I'd be happy if my speed were even half of what I pay for. It's ridiculous. Lousy service, lousy support. That's crapfinity for you. I hope you get your issue resolved.

I have them same issue. I’ve rebooted the modem (xb7) several times and when I call it’s the same answering machine with the reboot and “they’ll call back.” It’s ridiculous.
