xfi pod re connection

xfi pod re connection

i reset my wifi password and i cannot get my pods to connect anymore. i tried to set them up like they were new and i also restarted my gateway.  they will not reconnect to the geteway. Any help will be great!

I am sorry that you are having issues connecting the xFi Pods. Since you reset the password- I suggest you unplug the modem for about 30 seconds- If you have an external router that as well as the pods should be unplugged. Once it has been 30 seconds plug the modem in and wait for it to come all the way back up. Then, if you have an external router, that would be the next box to plug in- and let it come all the way up and connect to the modem-(If no external router - skip) Then plug in the xFi pods beginning with the one closest to the modem, once it turns white, plug in the next one and so on.
