Hello. My apologies you're experincing this issue with the Xfinity xFi pods and we will be delighted to assist you.
1. Are you experencing this on the xFi application itself ? The best way to use xFi to manage your home WiFi network is through the xFi mobile app, however you can also access xFi online or directly from your X1 TV Box and see if the issue is still present.
2. Is your Xfinity Gateway xFi capable? All xFi Gateways are compatible with xFi. However, the Cisco DPC3939 model has limited xFi functionality and does not support the latest xFi features such as Advanced Security.
