xFi not working

xFi not working

When I try to access xFi, I get the following message:

Upgrade for This Experience
To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.
When I proceed it then states the equipment installed is the latest and supports xFi.
I've tried deleting the xFit app and reinstalling with same result
I need the XFi app to install the XFi Pods
I previously had another service location on my same account (which has since been disconnected) but I wonder whether this may be creating a problem?

Hello. My apologies you are experincing this issue. Are you still experincing this issue currently? If you are, have you had the xFi pods transferred from your old location to your new location ? If so, that could possibly be the issue. Let us know if you still require assistance with this.
