xFi displaying wrong network in app

xFi displaying wrong network in app

My home has two network gateway boxes.  One in my garage (used exclusively for phone) and my primary Gateway box that supplies the internet in my home.  My xFi app shows the phone box as "my network" not the actual gateway used for internet connection.  Therefore I cannot see anything in the xFi app.... no devices, no pods.  What is the fix so I can see my primary network in the app?

I resolved my issue via support, but for those having the same problem, let me help you avoid 2 weeks of troubleshooting....  try to find a way to get down to one router/gateway in your home for your internet and phone. That's what I did and everything is working fine now.   Support could not make it work with 2 routers, and I was tired of trying to find the right configuration.  Good luck.
