xFi app is trying to enable Advanced Security and disable Advanced Security at the same time.

My xFi ap is trying to enable Advanced Security and disable Advanced Security at the same time and it's stuck. How can I get it out of this loop?  I've tried resetting the gateway, stopping and restarting the app and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

When I start the app, the message says: "We are still setting up Adanced Security. Please wait at least 10 minutes."  When I go to My Services,  and touch Enable, the message is "We're still disabling Advanced Security. Please wait at least 10 minutes before making any changes."  How can I get out of this? I want Advance Security disabled.

Gateway is Arris Model TG1682G

Phone is Samsung S6

Same issue. Got a new gateway after lightning storm took out the old one and it can't seem to complete the advance security setup.

We had this issue a while back. Call tech support. They need to sync your account. Stuff gets scrambled now and then. The xFi app isn’t that good to begin with. Mine is showing duplicate devices and connected devices as not connected at this time. The shame of it is you stop checking it and something important happens and you’re not sure if it’s another error.
