xFi Complete

I recently received an email talking about an offer about xFi Complete.  I clicked to read more and it says it's available in certain areas, but I can't seem to find a way to know if my area is actually able to use it or not.

Is there a link where I can check my address to see if it's available or would I have to call customer service?  I tried the chat option and all I connected to was a bot that lead me in a circle.

Thanks.

Going to reply to myself and update this.

I ended up having them call me and then "Joe" (thick accent) went over it with me, saying my Blast internet isn't compatible with the xFi, but with some changes he was able to give me my "wonderful low" quote which is $30 more a month if it was the total expected price, or would be a heck of a lot more if it was the base package price.  I didn't clarify that as I declined at that time to authorize the change to my account.  Ideally, given what I could find the modem rent fee is the same as my current rent fee then it should have been the total price, but again that's just speculation at this point.

He said it was a "great deal" though as it would take my out of my current contract and make it so I'd be free to cancel things without fees, but the pricing he quoted was only good for a year.

Anyway, you'll have to speak with someone over the phone to get any questions and what not answered.

Had the same underwhelming experience you did, here's the info I finally found:

Option 1: xFi Complete

  • With the new xFi Complete option, you get unlimited data (a $30/month value), whole home WiFi (so you’ll have the most WiFi coverage in any room), and our xFi Gateway(a $14/month value) with the built-in protection of Advanced Security to block online threats and protect connected devices, all for $25/month.
  • If you already rent an xFi Gateway, you can upgrade to xFi Complete for just an additional $11/month by calling 1-800-Xfinity.

Yeah, that's about the only information I could find too.

Was hoping for some clarification before I sit on hold for a while waiting to possibly end up with a hard to understand representative just to find out I'm not in it's boundaries lol.

I'd go to the Xfinity store but that's not exactly a hop, skip and a jump away.  So again I was hoping there was a "check your address for availability" option somewhere.

When I click around in my account to try and see if it's an option, I see where I can buy the little pods.  I did find the gateway on one of the pages outside of "changing" my plan, but when I click the shop deals since it didn't give me an option to get the gateway it just went to showing me the packages they offer online.

I know that sometimes I hit for a larger city area, but where I actually am outside of the city makes it so that not everything may be available.

I called about this and the guy had no clue what I was talking about!  Just kept trying to upsell me a different package.  Very frustrating.
