xFi App

I just upgraded to the xFi Advanced Gateway. However, when I try and login to the xFi app it tells me that I need to upgrade my equipment. When I click on upgrade equipment it tells me that I have sufficient enough equipment for xFi. Any help on how to solve this would be wonderful.

Is your device using the SSID/password that the Gateway uses?

Are you using the correct Xfinity username/password that you use to log in to Xfinity/Comcast?

The SSID and password have already been changed from the original. However I couldn’t sign in before they were changed from the default either. And yes, I am using the correct login.
