xFi Advanced Security is blocking my clients Hosting IP

Thank you in advance for your help.  xFi is blocking my access to my clients hosting IP.  I can access all the websites just fine if I connect via my hotspot, but if I try to connect on my network I am blocked.  A tracert stops after it hits the modem.  i have tried disabling the advanced security and I still can't access it.  Can you please help me get this unblocked.  I used to be able to allow access to the IP but now it no longer gives me the option to unblock it.  The IP address is 13.59.242.10.  Thank you.

I saw in another thread @ComcastJosh you said to DM you so you can whitelist domains that are being accidentally blocked by xFi advanced security.  Can you help me?  I need to be able to access these sites from my home office.  Thank you!
