free xpods

I did the assesment twice & was told that I was eligible for three free xpods, its been over 3 months now & have neither recieved the pods or heard from anyone on this issue. is this a scam? any help would be appreciated on this.

Twice, did it over 4 months ago & I again about 1 month ago. Was told both times eligible & still nothing.

I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
