You'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.
Hopefully I can explain this. I have two accounts, one at my house and one at another house. One house has the XFi Gateway the other just has a cable modem. Accounts are linked to one account. When I try to access the XFi app, it say To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.
Is that by design? If not, how do I access the XFi app for the house that has the gateway? Do I need to unlink accounts?
