Hi. My Xfinity app under internet says there aren't any devices set up yet, and online it is unable to retrieve usage data and if I hit restart it says this feature is only available to internet subscribers. It also says cable modem serial number #: and the it's just blank. My service appears to work fine. I have a CM1000 modem.
What does the Status page say?
I see the following message. I used the online activator when the prompt came up. Maybe it didn't go through all the way? I have my network connection just fine.
Did you try the restart option?
Yeah. That's when the screen appears. It appears that the device was not registered properly somehow, and Xfinity support has resolved the issue.
