Xfinity app not showing connected devices

App not showing connected devices. I know there are several devices connected to the gateway as I am able to use the WiFi. Please advise on what to do to fix this annoying issue.

I have the same issue and followed the directions I found in an older thread. I restarted the Gateway twice and that didn’t work. Did you find a solution?

I tried to reset the modem twice. No luck. Still showing as no devices connected.
