Xfinity On Demand preventing me from loging me into my regular wifi

So here's a problem that no one has been able to resolve.    I have business comcast and it was disconnected for a few hours.   In the meantime, one of the children got on my computer and setup a wifi on demand account for a free hour.   Once my regular service was connected, I am unable to logo into my xfinity hotspot (when I'm working off site).   No one from comcast or xfinity on demand has been capable of trying to resolve.   Anyone one out there encountered this?  When I try to lgo on, I get a message that the credentials don't match
