The Xfinity App keeps indicating that my modem is offline, but it isnt. The WiFi is working just fine and the Xfinity My Account App shows that it is online. I have deleted and reloaded the Xfinity App but it keeps indicating my modem is offline so the most of the functions on the App will not work.
Mine, too. Quite annoying to say the least - to avoid getting EVERYTHING messed up I've avoided trying to set up the network through it again, but did delete and d/l the latest app from app store. I'm now using the equivalent app on the Comcast account website - seems to work well, but obviously a little difficult to carry one's laptop around the house trying to balance the pod system!
