Xfinity Advanced Protection blocking company website

Hello, this message is for ComcastJosh.  How does a company/vendor go about submitting a whitelist website request to Comcast?  We have found that it's blocking our company website from our customers and disabling Xfi Advanced Protection fixes it.  Is there a way we could direct message you to provide you with this information about the domains that need to be whitelisted?  Thanks!
