Xfi unavailable after move

Xfi unavailable after move

I recently moved and brought my equipment with me. I am no longer able to manage my internet through Xfi even though nothing changed. I get the following error: "Upgrade for This Experience To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment."

 

When I start to go through that process it tells me I have the most updated equipment. How do I resolve this?
