Xfi pausing and downtime doesn't work for one profile

Hello- I've used xfi to pause wifi at night and after a certain length of time during the day. I've noticed recently that the pauses don't seem to work for one of my kids. They will exceed their time and it is supposed to pause but it doesn't. I've checked the settings and they are correct. Is anyone aware of what is causing this? Thanks

Hello @skigriffin3  @DUSTYDAISY75  @Mojwacyrus12  I have escalated this issue to see if we currently already have an engineering ticket put in and if not that we need to get one put in for it. Thanks and we will work as fast as possible to fix the issue for you all!

Hello.  

I have been having the same problem at my house.  It is causing many arguments.  I have even changed the passwords thinking my daughter knew them.  What is the purpose of pausing if it's not consistent?

I also have this problem. My sons internet is in downtime from 0000-0500hrs. Yet I can see in the XFi app that he’s using his laptop during that time. His laptop is listed under his name so it should be off during that time

I am having the same problem.  This is only an issue for one device and it has been going on for awhile.  We've tried resetting the profile and rebooting the device, but it still doesn't work.  Maybe it is something with the older devices?  This is happening to an iPhone 6.  All other devices that are not experience this issue are iPhone 8 and newer.

I have the same problem. Doesn’t seem to pause wifi even though downtime is set for 1:30 am. - 7:00 am
