Xfi app not working after move

We’ve recently moved and transferred service to our new address. Xfi app is no longer working, it says “Voice Only?” and will only give me an option to sign out or activate voice online. Neither option is helping, can’t find an option to reset/troubleshoot. I’ve tried everything from signing out/signing back in, reinstalling the app... I’m lost. Does anybody know how to reset the app?
