Xfi app keeps saying text an agent to get help activating gateway
I dont need help with my gateway. My xfi app is stuck on this message. I’m trying to set up my xfi pods now and can’t get into my xfi app because of this message it is stuck on from when i set up my router over a week ago

Try calling Comcast because it sounds like your Gateway wasn't activated or you're not entering in your correct information. When the tech setup my services in our new home, he had me select an easy password to remember. That coimplicated and long password could create problems.
