Hello, I am sorry to hear that your xFi pods are not showing up on the xFi app. Please do me a favor and unplug all of your pods. Plug in the first pod the one that should be about 10 feet away from the modem then plug in the rest of the pods. Please let me know if the pods show up once you sign out of your xFi app and back in to it. If that doesn't work please click on my name and send me a personal message so I can help you get your pods working.
Currently on your account it shows the pods need to be refreshed "unplugging and plugging back in to the wall outlet" Please also make sure none of the pods are plugged into the back of the Gateway modem with an Ethernet cord because they need to all be wireless to connect.
