When I log into my Xfi App, I see someones elses network configuration and Gateway ID.
I have called customer service and they can't seem to fix it.
My xfinity account is correct, so this is just in the Xfi app.
It's pretty annoying since I can's see my network configuration, devices or pods.

- Are you experiencing the same issue when you attempt to log into the website xfinity.com ?
- Did this just recently happen or where you able to notice someone else's network/configuaration before?
- Can you ensure that the Xfinity xFi App is up to update ?
- Do you have a third party router along with our Xfinity Modem connected to your network ?
