Xfi - Access not authorized
Picked up self install kit for internet & TV. Downloaded XFi app & getting "Access not authorized". You signed in successfully but must be an Xfinity user to enjoy service". Im obviously I user, but cannot get internet or TV to work, nor app.

im tryng to watch ladybug newyork special but when i click xfinity as my tv provider it takes me to a page that says thank you for being a xfinity customer and acces not authorized plsssssss help meeee
