XPod and Tech Support Fail - HELP

I've had my xpods for 7 months without trouble until... a month ago. I've had a tech come out twice and they can't (don't have skill) help. I've spoken with tech support and they reconnect but now (over a week) they were back to being intermittent.  After removing them and trying (failing) reenroll the xpods will not connect. The round connecting circle never connects to the xpod.

 

I need help and I don't know where to reach out to besides going to the store and getting my money back.... I'm so frustrated!!

I've had 6 XPods, and they worked OK for a year (except that they go offline and back on several times a day). Today, they went offline for 12 hours, and are still offline. No trouble shooting works, and Comcast phone support was no help at all. What's going on?
