XFi pods

I am still having internet troubles at certain corners of my home. I have the xfinity threat blocker package and ran the link a while back, talked to comcast over the phone, etc. they ran our info to upper management and got a call back saying “pods were being sent”. It’s now been almost two months and I live in Houston, where just about the entire on-boarding team says they’re from as well. I don’t understand what’s going on?
