XFi pods issue

So I did the WiFi assessment and was told I could get 3 free pods. But I didn’t get an email with any confirmation! Will I actually get my pods or did I not complete the form correctly?

I took a look at your account and noticed that xFi advantage package was activated on 12/31. Is that correct? If yes- the wifi assessment kicks off soon after advantage is activated and takes about 14 days to complete. You will receive an email with your results stating whether your wifi network is healthy or not. If your network can benefit from pods, a link will be sent along with your results to redeem your pods. Adding pods to an already healthy network is not recommended as it might degrade your service.
