XFi glitch

Has anyone else found a glitch with the parental controls of the xfi app? If a user just resets their WiFi adapter on their iOS device they can regain access after they have been paused by the XFi app. They device dies not show connected. You have to manually re pause their device to disconnect. However the user only has to reset their adapter again.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out. My apologies you've experienced this issue with the Xfinity xFi app. Please attempt to log into the web portal, set the parental controls from there, and let us know if the issue is still present.  : xfinity.com/myxFi
