I was trying to get into the XFi mobile app to try and configure a wireless enabled appliance. I tap in and get the message that my phone doesn't have an internet connection.
Excuse me? How does a phone, which is an Xfinity Mobile device and shows on my network if I look on the XFi TV app, not have any internet connection? It has an unlimited data plan and I can connect to websites and apps perfectly fine... Matter of fact, I am sending this through the Chrome browser on my phone!
