XFi app and low speed test

I moved into a new home a few days ago. When I went to activate my xFi router everything went fine, my internet works and my cable works. But for some reason my speed test is registering at 9-20 mbps when I should be at 600. When I try to log into the xFi app it says I need to text an agent. I texted an agent and they said I have a pending installation but couldn’t tell me why and to call bill or 1800-Xfinity. I call the number and the automated number says I have no account on file. So I schedule for someone to call me for 3 straight days through the xfinity my account app because that still works and I haven’t received a call. At one point the app stopped letting me chat with an agent and said there was none available. PLEASE HELP
