XFi Pods non-issuance

I received an email stating that I am entitled to receive 3 XFi pods after a 14 day wifi home assessment. However, the provided link does not work. I have spoken to 2 representatives, both told me that there's nothing they can do. The first one named Shaun even promised to work on my problem but never returned the call that he said he would do.
Why offer something to consumers if you are not willing to make good of it.
