XFi Advantage

I had meh internet with xfinity so I recently upgraded my internet and selected the xfi advantage option because it said unlimited data. Today the tech came and set everything up but when I check my internet tab on my xfinity account it still shows a data cap, what gives?

You can also try Billing at 1800comcast.

You may still show having a cap (it doesn’t go away) but you won’t be charged for overages. You can always call in to ensure it’s been added to your account.
