XFI app is not working
I can’t access the xFi app or web portal. It says it is currently unavailable. I tried restarting my phone and the router and that did not work. The WiFi seems to be fine but my kids devices and computer are paused and I can’t I pause them.

Hi there, Alcate. Sorry to hear about your trouble with the xFi app and portal. I checked and I'm not currently seeing any known issues going on with this service. I went ahead and sent a database refresh, just to see if that helps restore the service on your end. If you can please reattempt and let us know if the issue continues, we would appreciate it. Thank you!
