Hello, I am sorry to hear about your device being randomly paused. Are they still being paused randomly? Please let me know and i will escalate the issue to our engineer's and product development team.
I have tried to do everything I know to stop my internet from passing, even connected with a tech rep who reset everything... to no avail... the random pauses are NOT what I am paying for... I will soon move from comcast. to another internet provider
This happens to us about every 2 weeks and it's infuriating. The first few times tech support insisted we must be doing it, via the app. Then they told us to delete the app on all devices which we did, but it still persists. When it happens we have to log in to XFI via the website, and manually unpause stuff. Every. Time. And it tends to happen on a rough schedule. We're at our wits end. Today, when we initiated our 4th ticket for this problem, they acknowledged that it's a know issue affecting many people and referenced a CR# from September 2020. If this is not fixed we're leaving and won't pay any wipes it fee, since it's their failure to provide reliable service.
