I am new to forums so dnt hang me if I mess up. The xfinity wifi settings app is turning off our wifi and not back on. This is causing a SOAR in our data use if we dont catch it. Turning the app off results on pop ups. We are being forced to turn off mobile data.!!!!! I was given a "one time compliment credit", last month for a different reason.... I fear this wont be able to credit my bill. This cannot keep happening. I went to xfinity mobile for a reason...I'm on disability and it was reasonable rates. She was on FB at home and found her wifi off. Her mobile data was at 700m. Way to high for this time of the month. Of we need extra data I'll get it but I dont want to pay for it unless we actually use it. Turning off mobile data is my only option. Hopefully someone can help. There was a post on another forum about this but no fixes so I thought I'd try here.
