See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/getting-a-new-battery. It's incredibly expensive ($165 ?!?!?). It would probably make more sense to purchase a UPS and use it to power your eMTA or gateway. Note that neither approach will work if any of the links connecting your home to their network are down. And if it does work for home phone service, it may not work for Internet access.
