User Account Unauthorized, Cannot Log in to App

Hello,

My granddaughter and I have been trying to set up Xfinity Wi-Fi with the new service we just purchased. We have been trying to use the Xfinity XFi Application to set it up as instructed.

However, when I log in with my credentials, it shows a message that says: “User Unauthorized for service.” We purchased an internet and tv package from Xfinity earlier in the week, so I do not know why it would say this.

My wife and I were previous users of Comcast, however, and I wonder if that might be interfering with our new setup. Either way, we cannot even log into the application to begin setup and therefore cannot use the internet. We are confused, and any help would be appreciated.
