Hi, I am sorry you are running into this error, but we would be more than happy to help. I took a quick look at your account and your Gateway looks like it's fully onboarded with xFi. You should not be seeing the message to Upgrade.
Can you please try deleting the xFi app from your device and then reinstalling it? Then try logging back into the app and let me know if you still see this message.
If you are, please send me a private message and include the Comcast user ID that are you using when logging into xFi.

Hi @mgray196238, I only see one internet device on your account and it does not appear to be an xFi Gateway.
You can find out which Xfinity Gateways are compatible with xFi here.
If the information on your account is incorrect, please start a new thread and we can have someone look into it.
