Unable to add xfi pods to my home network - Resolved

Apologies if this has been asked many times before.  I have a new Internet installation and wanted to improve some deadspots around the home.  I've purchased the xfi pods and am trying to add the devices to my account.  The only way I've seen to be able to do this is using the xfi app, however when I try to login the only message I can get is "Upgrade for This Experience.  To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment".  I'm pretty sure I have the latest and greatest, however I clicked the 'Upgrade Now' option to double check and indeed it says "You have the latest equipment".  So now what....I have no way to activate/install my xfi pods?

 

Resolved - having spoken with a comcast rep, she told me that for some reason the xfinity ID was in a kind of 'ghosted' status, most likely caused by de-linking of multiple accounts against a single user ID.
