I’ve been trying to transfer xfi pods for weeks but they are still attached to my account. I want to give them to a family member but no one at customer service seems to understand how to remove them, when they try to add them it says they are attached to another account . Any suggestions to get them removed .. they also show up on my bill although there is no charge associated with ..
Chadi3rown -- Can you please try having your family member activate the Pods on their account? If they are using the most up to date version of the app and using bluetooth when activating, they should be able to activate the Pods.
