Someone (likely my son) changing my controls

Hi,

 

My son seems to have managed to get xfinity on his phone so that he can change the control settings to give himself extra time, change his scheduled downtime etc. He insists that he does not have access (he used to, but deleted it). This morning someone changed the settings again. Is there some way to either see who changes the controls or to delete the controls and start over, to cut off whatever he seems to be able to access? thank you!

Do you have to log in with username/password to change control settings?  If so, maybe change the password.  Also, check USERS on your account and their privilege level.

@RedBirdSeattle I recommend you use Two-Step Verification (link) so only you can sign into your account. If the person using your account has access to your mobile or email, that still won't work. 

 

If you're the Primary user on the account you can go to https://customer.xfinity.com/users and see all the users associated with your account. It's recommended if you're going to permission any household member that you set them to "Viewer" so they have limited permissions. 

 

You can also go to this link to see recent sign-ins with your credential:
