Hi, all of my devices are showing connected, but all of them say 0% activity both for today as well as the 30 day average. I know this can't be true. Is there something I need to do to activate them or reset something?

It appears that we have had issues with outages for this app. Since many weeks have gone by to now, I was wondering if you were still having the same issues with xFi app. Please let us know so we may assist you. I just receeived my xfi gateway today and I'm having the same issue with both the mobile app and the online xfi portal. Has xfinity found a fix for this?
